This is a small-group tour, which creates a more comfortable, personalized experience.
You will learn who the people were who created the famous cuisine of New Orleans and how the dishes evolved.'As you walk, you will learn the history of gumbo, po-boys, jambalaya, pralines, muffalettas, beignets, cafe' au lait, crawfish etouffee', alligator sauce piquante, blackened redfish, calas, red beans and rice, boudin, bananas Foster, oysters Rockefeller, and bread pudding, just to name a few.
